GENERAL INFORMATION FOR COURSE PARTICIPANTS -Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. -Fees paid are not transferable. -A full refund of the fees will be made if a course is cancelled or rescheduled to another day and time of the week which the participant finds inconvenience to attend. -An 80% refund will be made if a participant withdraws at least one month before the commencement of the course. The remaining 20% of the fees will be retained as administrative charges. -All refund requests must be made in writing and subjected to approval by Smiling Star. -The official receipt must be produced before a refund can be made. -The organiser reserves the right to cancel a class; change the venue of the class; replace the Activity Instructor;combine one class with another; split a large class into smaller classes; limit enrolment; refuse any enrolment; and expel or reject any participant who misbehaves or fails to conduct themselves in a proper manner. -For some courses, an additional fee may be required. Example, buying of reference books, etc. -Participants should be attired appropriately and in accordance with the class dress codes as laid down by the course instructors. -The organiser will not be liable for any mishap or injury sustained by the participants or any loss or damage incurred by the participants during the course. --------------------------- Signature/Date

 

课程参加者须知 课程参加者须于报名登记时缴清该课程之全部学费。 所缴交之学费不得转让给其他参加者。 如主办者取消原定课程，或者更改原来预定之日期或时间以至参加者无法参加该项课程，主办当局将退回参加者所缴交之全部学费。 参加者如在该项课程开课一个月前要求退出参加该课程，则将只能获得其所缴交学费之 80% 退款，其余 20% 将被作为行政费。 所有要求退款必须以书面提出，公司将作最后决定。 在领取退款时，必须出示由当局所发出的正式收据。 主办当局有权取消课程、更改上课时间和地点、更换指导员、将班级合拼或分积、限制报名人数、拒绝申请者参加以及停止那些不守规律和行为不端者参与课程。 某些课程之学员可能需缴付额外的款项以支付额外的费用，如购买参考书等。 学员必须穿着整齐或由班级指导员所指定的服装。 主办当局将不负责学员在上课时间内所承受到任何意外所造成的损失或伤残。
